I had a mixed experience at Cpankara Hotel. While the location was fantastic with easy access to Anka Mall and a great breakfast selection, my initial room experience was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. However, once I was moved to a better room, my stay improved significantly thanks to the helpful staff, especially the bellboy Ergul and duty manager Utku Tozluyurt.
